Travel Directions:
Exit the Mountain Health Center
via Route 611 south, take 611 south to Main Street in Stroudsburg,
make a left turn onto Main Street, go four traffic lights to
the intersection of Route 191 and make a right. Go over bridge,
make an immediate left onto Storm Street.

Take 611 south to 940 west to Route
I-380 south to I-80 east towards Stroudsburg to exit 307 Park
Ave. then make a right on Lenox Street. You will see Pocono
Record on right. At the end of Lenox Street make a left on
to Broad Street, go over bridge and you will make your first
right on to Storm Street.
Directions from Rt. 447 Offica Plaza
Turn right out of the parking lot from Route
447 Office Plaza proceed to traffic light. Enter Route 80 West.
Take Exit 307 (Broad Street). Turn right on Broad Street at
the end of the exit ramp and right onto Storm Street . Pocono
Ambulatory Surgery Center is on your right.
