Pocono Ambulatory Surgery
Center is an independently owned and operated facility designed for
outpatient ambulatory surgery. It is the area's only facility specializing
exclusively in Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery. It is licensed by the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and certified by Medicare.
Having outpatient ambulatory surgery
allows the patient to have an elective surgical procedure which does
not require an overnight stay.
Choosing to have surgery at Pocono Ambulatory
Surgery Center gives you the opportunity to recuperate where you
are most comfortable, in your own home. We encourage family and friends
to be available to assist you. The Center does not have facilities
to meet any requests for overnight or extended care taking.
Upon discharge from the facility, you
will be given detailed instructions and time for you and your family
to question anything you don't understand.
